Service Description

From furnishings, project management, material selection to interior architectural planning, we imbue each space with the owner’s unique style and personality. Brighten up your space with our decorative and functional Spatial Planning that meet the needs of each area. A minimum furniture budget of $7,000 is required per space (based on sq ft) Our Process: Phase I: Discovery Call & Quote During this brief call, we'll discuss the nature of your project, timelines and cover any initial questions or concerns around our prospective collaboration. If your project sounds like a good fit, our design manager will schedule a in person consultation with you to discuss the project in more detail and make sure we’re the right people for the job. From there, we’ll submit a proposal which includes a quote for our professional fees as well as a realistic project schedule. INITIAL 60 MIN CONSULTATION: RESIDENTIAL $300 | COMMERICIAL $500 Phase II: Design Phase Once a contract is signed and your deposit is paid, we head into the Pre-Design phase. Based on the established budget and direction, we get to work designing your space, considering every single detail from doors to grout colours. Within approximately 30-40 days you’ll receive an emailed link to your design presentation. Phase III: Revisions You'll then have the opportunity to review the design plan and we can tweak things as necessary to make sure the design is just right. Phase IV: Plan Package Once we’ve received final approval on the design presentation and finishes, your designer gets to work on finalizing the plan package. Phase V: Interior Decorating During this phase get started on your furniture and decor design. We start with having you approve an itemized budget and then get to work on the good stuff. When it’s ready, we’ll present your design and again make any tweaks necessary. Bidding: If your project requires construction or outside trade services, we will submit all associated documentation to our vendors to obtain pricing. Phase VI: Ordering We order absolutely everything required to complete the project. Our expediter tracks everything as it ships so we always know what’s arrived and what’s still on the way. Construction: We will project manage the entire construction process on your behalf. Phase VII: Install Day The best part: Install Day! We coordinate
